Both venues are solar-powered and designed to minimise environmental impact. We use locally sourced materials and manage our woodland sustainably for firewood and construction.

Chalkney Water Meadows

Capacity: From 10 up to 400 guests.

Tey brook Orchard

stay the night

Across our two venues, there are plenty of places to stay, from cosy cabins to relaxed bell tents. Each space gives your group room to unwind and reconnect in the open air.

Both sites have Nomadic tents featuring a double bed, complete bedding, towels, and simple furnishings. They also have proper loos and hot showers, plus their own camp kitchen. Chalkney Water Meadows has three beautiful lakeside cabins available for rent. Tey Brook has Mongolian yurts, a grain silo and a shepherd’s hut.

Day One: Arrive, Settle, Connect

  • Arrival welcome drinks by the lake.

  • Icebreaker team-building activities (e.g., GPS treasure hunts, axe-throwing).

  • Evening networking dinner in the tipis, followed by a campfire and glamping overnight.

Day Two: Focus, Bond, Reflect

  • Sunrise yoga or paddleboarding session.

  • Followed by a barista coffee and bacon roll from a funky food truck.

  • Strategy workshops or breakout sessions in the tipis.

  • A locally sourced lunch with plenty of time to network and connect.

  • Wrap up with an inspiring closing talk before departing.
