We have two amazing venues for your next event: Tey Brook Orchard is our more intimate venue, whereas Chalkney Water Meadows is perfect for large functions. Our venues are perfect for various gatherings, from corporate functions to family reunions. You'll have a variety of catering and entertainment options to select from.

  • Nestled among woodland and wildlife, Tey Brook Orchard is ideal for smaller, more intimate events.

    Dining and Conference Area:

    We offer a spacious 60ft x 30ft Bohemia canvas marquee for dining and conference facilities.

  • Tey Brook Orchard can sleep 26 in separate beds or 40 if your team is happy to share.

    • 4 Yurts & 4 Bell Tents: Proper glamping with zero fuss.

    • The Grain Silo: A unique converted industrial space.

    • The Shepherd’s Hut: A classic rustic retreat.

    Every unit is fully furnished and comes with its own power supply. No DIY required. Just arrive and drop your bags.

    Extra Space

    If the guest list grows, we can pitch additional 5m bell tents on-site. We scale the village to fit your team.

  • Our stunning lakeside venue is in a water meadow surrounded by ancient woodland and offers ample space for over 200 people.

    Dining and Conference Area

    This is our larger venue featuring three spacious festival-style tipis.

  • Wild living with zero compromise on comfort.

    Bell Tent Village

    We have 20 furnished bell tents for single or shared occupancy. Each sleeps up to four people. For larger teams, we can scale the village to fit your numbers. No DIY needed. Just arrive and drop your bags.

    Lakeside Cabins

    Three distinct cabins are located a few minutes’ stroll from the venue.

    • Water Lily Lodge: Our premium group option. Sleeps six with a private hot tub and log burner.

    • Kingfisher’s Nest: A luxury spot for two. Features a private hot tub, sauna and lake views.

    • Little Wren: A simple lakeside hideaway for two. Perfect for those looking to unplug and dial it back.

    All cabins are situated right on the water. They are the ideal spot for a morning coffee before the first session of the day.
