The bar remains open until midnight. The site must be completely vacated by midnight unless guests are staying in accommodation. For guests staying onsite, the campfire will be lit, and a small speaker for background music is acceptable, but noise levels will be monitored, and we reserve the right to ask you to turn it off if it is deemed a noise nuisance.

what’s included?

20 wooden trestle tables, 38 benches, 38 chairs, 2 high chairs, Plus 2 additional tables for extras and 1 small cake table, Wooden dance floor and wooden flooring, Pea fairy lighting
Zone Array Sound System for disco (no disco lights provided - this comes with DJ)
Ceremony: use of our lakeside ceremony area, benches for seating and use of PA system. Chairs available for elderly.
Someone from the wedding party e.g. groomsmen or family member.
The ceremony will take place under the stretch tent and dining under the tipis is enough. However, should you want more then there are options to hire in extra (at an additional cost). We monitor the weather closely to make plans with each couple.
Two options:
1. Site to be left as it was found with all rubbish separated between food, general waste and glass, bagged and binned (bins provided at venue)
2. Pay £360 Do a runner and leave BBros staff to clean up for you!
