tey brook farmhouse
WELCOME PACKA 15th-century sanctuary
Tey Brook Farmhouse has been home to our family for five generations. Built in the 1400s, it is a space filled with stories, antiques, and a few low beams to remind you of its history. We’ve opened it up so you can enjoy the farm from its original foundations, just a short stroll from the orchard.
Since the farmhouse is over 600 years old, it has its quirks. Should you need anything at all during your stay, we’re just a call away. Sarah (main contact): 07968214339

rooms
The Lily Room: Named for Rose’s daughter and aunt to Nat and Archie. Lily owns The Barn Brasserie, which this room overlooks. It features a double bed.
The Rose Room: Named after the longest-standing member of the Browning family, who, at 99 years young, still lives on the farm today. This is our family suite, with one double and two single beds.
The Garden Room: Overlooks the old walled garden, which once provided vegetables for the family and farm workers. We hope to reinstate the kitchen garden soon. It features two single beds.
The Stable Room: Where the horseman once lived. In our grandfather Roger’s time, there were twelve working horses on the farm doing the field work of todays tractors and machinery. It features a super king bed.
The snug: Originally, used for hanging game for the household and workers; it is now a quiet corner for a morning coffee.
The kitchen: The heart of the home, reimagined from the OldDairy where butter was once churned. The terrace outside was once a cobbled yard for the house cow and is now a spot for an alfresco breakfast.
The drawing room: A room filled with curated antiques and family history. It is the perfect backdrop for a glass of pre-event fizz.
Bathrooms:
Downstairs: A small shower room with a toilet.
Upstairs: Two bathrooms.
