We’ve curated the orchard to be a place where you can properly switch off. Whether you’re here for a wedding or a slow escape, this is your home on the farm. If there’s anything we’ve missed, just ask.

The early birds: If you’re joining us the night before an event, your dwelling will be ready from 4 pm.
Event day: For those arriving on the day, check-in is from 10 am.
The morning after: We’ll let your hosts confirm departure times, but we generally ask you to head off by midday so we can reset the orchard.
Finding the orchard
Use CO6 1JE or What3Words: dividing.pupils.just.
Drive past the Teybrook Business Centre (on your right).
About 150m further, you’ll see the Tey Brook Orchard gates on your left.
Follow the track, veer right into the woodland car park.

Check the map below for the name of the space we sent you in your confirmation email. Each spot is clearly marked, so you can settle in straight away.
If you’re bringing your own canvas or staying in one of the additional bell tents, head through to the fruit orchard just behind the marquee. It’s a beautifully off-grid corner of the farm, so please note there are no electrical hook-ups here

Camp kitchen: Is equipped with a pizza oven, 2 gas hobs/oven, fridges, crockery and glassware, pots/pans & kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster and a coal BBQ (please bring own coal)
Please note, there is no electrical hook up on site.

What’s included
**Each dwelling is slightly different**
A double bed and mattress (then up to four single low-level mattresses to sleep up to six guests in the largest yurts only)
Full bedding, bed linen & bath towels
Power supply for lighting and phone charging only (13amp plug socket)
Please do not use the power supply for hairdryers, etc., as it can fuse the site! (We do not provide hair dryers, so please bring your own if you want to use them at the Wash House)

Mirror for “glampifying”
On-site, there are toilets and showering facilities, as well as a kitchen with drinking water

What’s included
These additional bell tents will be put up if the 10 main dwellings are booked.
Please note, these tents are more basic in that they don’t have electricity but rather lanterns for lighting and don’t have a bedstead, but rather mattresses on the floor.

Boring but important
PLEASE NOTE
Any damage to our glamping accommodation will be charged to the couples/event organisers damage deposit.
The couple/event organiser may be liable for any extra cleaning that may be required if the tent is left in an unsatisfactory condition. This may include soiled bed linen, stained carpets or smoke.
The following are not permitted inside of our tents: gas appliances of any kind, fires or smoking.
Members of Browning Bros. or its agents are not responsible for any personal injury, or damage/loss to persons or personal property suffered during your stay.
We will not be held liable for any Act of God including storms, fire, flooding or natural disasters.
