We hope that you are excited about your stay with us. We have compiled all the useful bits and bobs to make your planning, packing and stay a bit more glamorous. We have tried to cover all the bases, however if you feel that you still have an unanswered question please do not hesitate to get in touch. We hope you enjoy the wedding/event you will be attending and if you ever want to come back for a weekend under the stars then we would be delighted to have you.

Check In & Check Out

Check-in is from 14:30 and departure by 10:30 (or if otherwise instructed by the event organiser). A person from Browning Bros. will be there to meet and greet you, and you will be asked to sign a health and safety document.

How to find us & your DWELLING / pitch

The nearest postcode for the venue is CO6 1JE.

This will in fact bring you to the Teybrook Business Centre. If you drive past the business centre on your right-hand side, the entrance to the site is approximately 150m further on, on the left-hand side of the road.

We have signs marking the entrance: Teybrook Orchard. The gate should be open for your arrival, please drive down the track and veer right into the woodland car park and additional car parking area further along.

Once you have parked, use the map above to help guide you to your dwelling. Look out for the name corresponding to the dwelling you have been emailed.

If you are pitching a tent/campervan or staying in one of the additional bell tents, please head to the fruit Orchard (behind the marquee). Please note, there are no electrical hook ups on site.

- Local ordnance survey map (for those keen on some serious walks/cycling or please download the online app)
- Hairdryers / straightners (can be used at The Wash House only and NOT in the dwellings)
- Bedding / linen / bath towels

- Crockery / cutlery / pots/pans & other kitchen utensils
- Washing up materials
- Provided in the showers is body wash and shampoo but not conditioner
- Your inner city self and daily stresses
- There are toilet and showering facilities
- Camp kitchen: Is equipped with a pizza oven, 2 gas hobs/oven, fridges, crockery and glassware, pots/pans & kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster and a coal BBQ (please bring own coal)
- Please note, there is no electrical hook up on site.
Please note that there is 4G Signal but no WIFI onsite.

**Each dwelling is slightly different**

A double bed and mattress (then up to four single low level mattresses to sleep up to six guests in the largest yurts only)
Full bedding, bed linen & bath towels
Power supply for lighting and phone charging only (13amp plug socket)
Please do not use the power supply for hairdryers etc as can fuse the site! (We do not provide hair dryers so please bring your own if you want to use at the Wash House)
Outside table & chairs
Mirror for “glampifying”
Onsite there are toilet and showering facilities, as well as a kitchen with drinking water

These additional bell tents will be put up if the 10 main dwellings are booked.
Please note, these tents are more basic in that they don’t have electricity but rather lanterns for lighting and don’t have a bed stead, rather mattresses on the floor.

Lanterns for light, Mirror for “glampifying”
Onsite there are toilet and showering facilities, as well as a kitchen with drinking water

Boring but important

PLEASE NOTE

Any damage to our glamping accommodation will be charged to the couples/event organisers damage deposit.
The couple/event organiser may be liable for any extra cleaning that may be required if the tent is left in an unsatisfactory condition. This may include soiled bed linen, stained carpets or smoke.
The following are not permitted inside of our tents: gas appliances of any kind, fires or smoking.
Members of Browning Bros. or its agents are not responsible for any personal injury, or damage/loss to persons or personal property suffered during your stay.
We will not be held liable for any Act of God including storms, fire, flooding or natural disasters.
PLEASE CLOSE DOORS TO BELL TENTS WHEN LEAVING.
