Hidden within 20 acres of woodland, this venue is made for couples who want something different—a place that feels personal, free-spirited, and completely magical. This is more than a wedding venue—it’s your own private retreat, where every corner feels like it’s been designed for unforgettable moments.

  • Events Manager: Our Events Manager is here to help, providing advance venue planning advice and on-the-day support to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.

  • Woodland Ceremony Area: Your ceremony will take place under the trees, with wooden benches that can seat up to 120 guests. We also provide a PA system to ensure every word is heard.

  • 60ft x 30ft Marquee: Your reception marquee has wooden flooring throughout and includes all the essentials for dining and dancing:

    • 12 rustic wooden trestle tables, 18 benches, 28 chairs, and two high chairs, plus two extra tables for things like your sweet table or gift display.

    • Dancefloor with dimmable festoon lighting to create the perfect atmosphere as the night progresses.

    • Sound System: Ready for your evening disco (DJ to bring their own lights), plus a PA system for background music and speeches during the day.

  • Stretch Tent: This tent provides extra undercover space and doubles as a wet-weather option for your ceremony if needed.

  • Outdoor Decorative Lighting: Set the scene with festoon lighting that brings your evening reception to life under the stars.

  • Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit with your guests as the night winds down, and we’ll provide a speaker so you can keep the music going.

  • Complimentary Glamping: For the newlyweds glamping with guests, enjoy a complimentary glamping stay from Friday - Sunday.

  • Orchard Kitchen: A fully equipped camp kitchen for glamping guests. Note: This kitchen is for guests only, not for caterers.

  • Orchard Wash House: Modern facilities with four loos and four showers—keeping your guests fresh and comfortable.

  • Dog-friendly - £30 per dog

  • Mains Power & Water: Full access to mains power and water, so everything runs seamlessly.

  • Parking: Space for up to 35 cars, ensuring your guests arrive with ease.

We have hand selected a list of fantastic suppliers, who offer a range of catering options from formal wedding breakfasts, to festival food trucks to suit all tastes! We would encourage you to use our prefered caterers, but if you have another supplier in mind we would be happy to discuss this with you further.

bar services

Browning Bros provides in-house bar services. Please see our bar packages for more information. The bar remains open until midnight.

music policy

Daytime: Non-amplified musicians (e.g., guitarists or string quartets) or a playlist through our venue's PA system.
Evening 7 pm-11 pm: DJ or playlist through venue Zone Array Sound System in the marquee.
From 11 p.m. onwards, guests can enjoy light background music (speaker provided by Browning Bros.) from the campfire. Please be respectful of noise levels.

Teybrook Orchard takes glamping to a new level. With ten unique dwellings tucked away in the woods, up to 40 guests can stay right in the heart of nature.

Additional Bell Tents: Do you need more space? We can arrange additional bell tents on request to ensure everyone has a place to stay.

Pricing:

  • 1-night stay: £130 per tent/yurt for up to 2 guests.

  • 2-night stay: £170 per tent/yurt for up to 2 guests.

  • Additional guests per dwelling: £60 per stay

teybrook orchard facilities

Each accommodation is priced for two people and comes with a comfy double bed. Mattress beds can be added to the yurts and bell tents for an extra charge. Bedside tables, bedding, towels, and a basic power supply for lighting and USB charging are also included.

Our wash house is equipped with showers, full-length mirrors, and plug sockets so you can stay fresh throughout your stay.

camp kitchen

Guests can access our camp kitchen, where you can prepare meals and enjoy comunal dining.

woodland hot tub

You can rent our woodland hot tub for the day, and it will be exclusively yours for £120 per day.

extra hire items

  • Keep the party going with one of our preferred DJs (available from 5pm - 11pm, or earlier if you want to get the vibes started sooner). We’ll provide the DJ stand and disco lights. Want something more personal? You can also hook up your own playlist to our speakers—no extra charge!

  • Don’t fancy cleaning up? Do a runner, and we’ll handle the mess! Or, if you’re feeling responsible, leave the site as you found it—just separate your rubbish into general waste and glass, bag it up, and we’ll call it a day.

  • Want to dial up the festival vibes? We’ve got 6 bright, bold flags that’ll have your guests feeling like they’ve stepped into a boho wonderland.

  • Capture all the fun with our selfie pod! Snap GIFs, photos, or boomerangs, and get them sent straight to you post-wedding—perfect for those candid memories.

  • Get your guests mingling with a bit of friendly competition. Get in touch for the full list of lawn games to keep the good times rolling.

  • Hire in hay bales for extra seating to create a hay bale sofa or pretty circles on the lawn - £3 per bale.

    On the day the whole team worked seamlessly with the suppliers on site to get everything organised and in place - dealing with some challenging weather along the way. No issue was too much trouble and our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was.

    After getting engaged, we always knew we wanted a wild forest wedding, we just didn’t know how wild we could go! From glamping, to street foods, to pizza ovens too BBQ food and games to play with and ice cream van arriving in the evening, I feel like we had it all. We went for such a relaxed vibe and followed no itinerary which I think our guests enjoyed too. It was the most perfect setting in the woods. It was just perfect from start to finish.
